Why private yoga?

Private yoga sessions are all about you...they're tailored to your specific needs, limitations, injuries or health concerns and they accommodate your schedule.
They're a great way for a beginner to gain initial experience in a safer environment and they're a great preparation for group classes. They help reduce anxiety and boost confidence.
They're also great for more experienced yogis who want to advance in their practice more quickly. In a one on one class I can give my full attention to you and focus on your personal goals and needs.

Private sessions can also be for small groups, whether your vacationing and would enjoy a private yoga class for you and your guests, or you just enjoy the intimacy of practicing yoga with friends.
