Lion Heart Yoga is currently offering a Mixed-Level Class

Fridays from 12 Noon to 1 pm,

at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church

9000 Sonoma Highway, Kenwood, CA 95452

* each class is $20 *

RSVP is required as we have a minimum requirement and maximum allowance. 

To reserve your spot, please fill in the contact form below, each

Thursday by 5 pm, before each Friday class that you would like to attend. 

In the message window, please indicate the date of the class

you plan to attend and whether or not you will need a mat to borrow.

We will be practicing in the Main Sanctuary, surrounded by stained glass,

cathedral ceilings, and views of the beautiful Mayacamas Mountains...

a practice and a space to bring you home to your hearts true center.
